Important Notice Regarding COBRA Operations

As of May 31, Optavise will no longer be providing COBRA services and access to the COBRA system will be restricted. Consequently, the system will no longer accept any COBRA enrollments or premium payments beyond that date. However, any COBRA enrollments or payments postmarked by May 31, 2026, will still be honored and processed as usual. Please note that enrollments or payments received after this date will not be accepted.

You will receive more detailed information from your employer regarding the new COBRA process specific to your organization. Please stay tuned for further communications to ensure you are up to date with the latest developments.
